The Company specialises in the supply of raw materials and machinery for the printing industry. It enjoys close relations with paper manufacturers in Scandinavia, Europe and South America. This Company is based at the Group headquarters near Portsmouth.

This Group encompasses 4 subsidiaries involved in the manufacture and distribution of products primarily for the building industry. It operates from two main factory centres in Daventry and Scotland and occupies in excess of 10000 sq metres (100000 sq feet) of space. The Group is the market leader for many products and has recently agreed an exclusive agreement with the Seaman Corporation in the USA for the distribution and sales of the Fibertite roofing system within the British Isles.
